Inspired by the “Floreios” (acrobatics) and transitions of traditional Capoeira, this class strips away the combat aspect to focus entirely on dynamic, creative, and fluid sequences. You will learn to move your body through space with grace, control, and rhythm, turning individual movements into a seamless “flow” state.
