CapoFit is our high-energy training session designed to build your heart health and physical endurance. Unlike a normal gym class, we use the continuous rhythm of Capoeira to keep you moving.
This is an intensive session where we focus on rounds of movement—from the basic Ginga to powerful kicks and floor transitions. It is designed to challenge your stamina, but don’t let that scare you! While the workout is tough, the movements are kept simple so you can focus on the sweat and the energy.
