CapoFlow is all about the joy of moving. If you’ve ever seen someone move so smoothly it looks like they are “flowing,” that is exactly what we teach here.

In this class, we take the beautiful, circular movements of Capoeira and turn them into a continuous sequence. We don’t worry about “fighting”. Instead, we focus on how to move from the floor to standing up (and back again) without ever stopping. It’s part workout, part creative expression, and 100% about feeling good in your own body.
