We take one movement at a time and break it into small, easy-to-follow pieces. It’s a friendly, relaxed environment where we focus on the “how” and “why” of each move. Think of it as a workshop where we help you build your Capoeira skills from the ground up, making sure you feel comfortable and safe every step of the way.
